We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)
- Personal care items

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@smarleoservicesll.com

SHIPPING RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@smarleoservicesll.com with:
- Your order number
- Photo of the damaged/wrong item

We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
